"Megamorph" FM-Towns game missing in the database

Megamorph was the sequel to Scavenger 4 and done by Psygnosis as well. It was only released for FM-Towns and is rare as hell. What information is needed to include it in the database? I've got a complete copy of it, so I can provide any information needed.

I may have some more FM-Towns games which aren't in the database yet. Have to check...
