Athletic World manual (the early FFF version)?

I just noticed that I have USA manual for Athletic World which is the earlier Family Fun Fitness release which came with the early Family Fun Fittnes mats before the name change to Power Pad. I know that this version is rarer than the new power pad version. But what could be the value about of the manual? And I'm up for trade if someone needs this particular version.

Probably $50-75 for the manual. The box would be about $200 on it's own. I'm not up to date on the price of this nowadays, it's jumped from being a $10 game to a $300+ game in such a short period of time.
