Default Game Boy and GBC games are now 75% off at GameStop

If any of your local GameStops still have Game Boy and GBC games, they're 50% off the marked price now.

This evening, I got Bubble Bobble Part 2 for $7.49, and Trax for $1.99.

UPDATE (11/27/08): Game Boy and GBC games are now 75% off.

I nabbed Megaman 5 for GB for 7 bucks after the 20% + 10% discounts. Talk about a deal

Man, stopped in my local Gamestop to check this out and they had maybe 4 GB games... Just confirms to me why I never go in there anyway.

I nabbed almost a dozen titles. Some were crap, others (Kid Icarus, Magi Nation) were a bit better in the quality department. I think I got away with only 13 dollars outta pocket. A buck a game isn't bad at all.

There's one shop that has buckets of GB games... apparently the smaller shops shipped all their GB titles to this one store. I managed to get the entire Final Fantasy GB series and three Megaman titles from that one store. I guess it all depends on the store you go to. Find the OLD shops... the ones that used to be FuncoLands and such.

I have been scouring their Gameboy and GBC bins since they put them out. so far I've gotten a copy of pokemon yellow, monster rancher explorer, 3 copies of tetris , 2 copies of dr mario, super mario land 2. But have not yet found that precious gem that is super mario land 3: wario land. at 50% off i may just have to go check those bins out again.
For lucky best wash, use Mr. Sparkle.

Well, everything's 75% off now, and that includes hardware and accessories as well (if you know of a GameStop that actually still has a Game Boy Color in stock, it'll be $2.49 after discount).

The one near me still has two shelves of GB games. I might check it out tomorrow, if the area doesn't get screwed over by this weekend's shopping.
And don't bring up that stupid girlie Aladdin rip off! Shantea?

Like you guys, most of my local GS don't have any of these left, but I found one today with about 50 or so of them. I picked up 33 of them for a total of $28.58 after tax and the stacked GS Card 10% discount. Some nice ones, some not so much, but most are for my kids and these will make awesome stocking stuffers!
