Have you done any research, by me Googleing "ps1 harvest moon" there is Harvest Moon: Back To Nature (and I own it best harvest moon game imo)

Secondly your question is a little awkwardly worded.
If you mean, was there a Harvest Moon on the PlayStation, then the answer is yes. It was called Harvest Moon: Back To Nature. If you meant by your question did Sony make/publish the game themselves, then the answer is no. Natsume is the developer/publisher of all Harvest Moon games.

Natsume handles American publishing of the series. All of the games have been made by Pack-In-Soft/Victor Entertainment/Toy Box Studios which have since been entirely merged with Marvelous Entertainment.

Just thought I'd share a fun fact, as some do not know the true origins of the series, or that fact that it is really called Rancher Story.
