Ace Combat 6 Bundle ACE EDGE set at Best Buy TODAY??

I was wandering through my Best Buy after getting some great deals at Target next door, and stumbled on the Ace Combat 6 Bundle with the game, faceplate, flightstick, etc. I always wanted one when they came out and I've never seen one in a store since launch week back in 07.

So I was wondering if this is some sort of a re-issue or if maybe the Best Buy just found some old stock in the back and put it out? Oh, and for informative purposes, there was only one of these, it is factory sealed still, and the Best Buy has only been open for about 5 weeks, so it hasn't been sitting on the shelf for a year.

Yeah, there was a reprint. They were talking about this last month on CAG and I think they're only being sold at Best Buy. I hear they didn't make many of them either, so if you're thinking about getting one, better get it quick because they're already getting hard to find.


And the stick should be fully compatible with Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X and IL-2 Sturmovik too which are due out soon.

Yeah, I read about the reissue as well. Also I have to add that these things are awesome if you are really into this genre. I bought them at launch last year and couldn't have been happier with them. They are just like the PS2 version for AC5 but green.

I didn't know that these are compatible with HAWX! That RAWX!

Thanks Nork! Any idea if the re-issue is any different than the original? I've been wanting this set for awhile and thought it was pretty odd to find it on the shelf over a year after its release.

I forgot to mention that it rang up as $129, but all the info I can find on it says that it is $149. On sale maybe? Not sure, but if you've been looking for one like I have, this is a good time to go!

A used stick sells for 39.00 at gamestop and they are out there.

It's on sale this week for $130. I suspect this bundle may drop in price again since the game just dropped from $60 to $30 MSRP.
