    Default Forgotten SNES game

I remember having a game on disk for SNES that was similair to Xkaliber 2097 except the sprite was quite small (had a sword of course) and it was an action/platformer. You went to the right ascended a level went to the left ascended a level on the first stage. The first stage had a dark atmosphere, maybe even stormy and the first stage was in a ruins or a large structure of old architecture, but it wasnt in a building as the sky and background were visible. Thats all i can really remember.

Good call! I knew some swordsman title was slipping my mind last night.
I think First Samurai might be the game Sever was talking about.

Hmm, im guess it has to be Valis IV, i somehow remember differently its happened before. I did think the character was male, but i guess not, i certainly dont remember any anime-ish cut scenes either. I also thought the sprites were smaller then in valis IV. In my description i was describing the second level and not the first.

Anyway thanks! im pretty sure this is the game.
