Default SNES game not working. Assistance required!

Before we get started, let me mention that I did clean it thoroughly. It (Bust-A-Move) is one of two games in my entire cart-based collection that I cannot get to work. Every musty, weathered, and corroded game I've got my hands on except for those two have worked after thorough cleaning.

Now, izarate mentioned here (56k warning) that it could be a cold solder joint. Where, on the circuit board, should I look for this? Also, is there any way I can patch it without soldering? What else could cause a game to not function?

Do a close inspection of all the chips on the board. The pic izarate shows is of the back of the board so your first bet is to check there.
