    Default 'Splosion Man

Is awesome. It's the first XBLA game I've ever purchased after playing the demo. Mostly I play the demo and then think it's not worth my money. I was happy to plunk down $10 for this one. A great little platformer (based on the little of it I've played).

This is a great XBLA game, I bought it right after finishing the demo. Everyone should definitely try this one, it has a nice classic feel to it. It's great to see a new game that only needs one button and one directional stick as there aren't that many of those these days!

i picked this one up too. the satisfying controls and fun level design are one thing, but the thing that hooked me was the amount of personality they managed to squeeze into the character. they had me the first time 'splosion man ran down a corridor with his arms spread like wings making engine sounds.

    multiplayer is a blast too.

I played the demo and it was pretty fun. I need to purchase this soon.

what junk the magic dragon said about personality is spot-on. i love how off-hinged 'splosion man is.

Also played through the demo and enjoyed it. I was thinking about getting it, but I'm a little unsure about how long it will keep my interest. By the end of the demo I felt like it could get very repetitive after a while. I also wish they toned down the loud explosion sound every time you press the button, I had to mute the TV it was getting so annoying!

You guys wanna see something weird? For a while I was so confused about 'Splosion Man, I was so sure that when I first heard about it the main character looked very different, more robotic. And I was sure I saw it mentioned for PS3 and Wii. I kept thinking and "Explodemon" popped into my head, I looked it up on IGN and it's the game I originally saw:

I've played the demo and liked it a lot and will probably get the full version tonight.

I played the single player late last night. I haven't got that far into the game, but I always had the feeling I could just play one more level before I quit.

I purchased Splosion Man as soon as I played the demo and haven't regretted it. Fantastic game; one of the best XBLA originals to come along in quite a while. My only gripe would be the degree of difficulty. Perhaps the fact that I'm 31 has something to do with it, but I found myself having trouble getting through certain sections of various levels. Often precision timing is required and my reflexes just weren't up to the task. Otherwise, fantastic game!

I bought after beating the trial, very seldom I do that. This a great game, and multiplayer?? Wow, now THAT is fun! Up to 4 players, all 'sploding around and going crazy solving insane puzzles. If you've ever played Adventures of Cookie and Cream on PS2, you know exactly what kind of awesome mayhem that weird puzzles mixed with awesome platforming can be.
