Basically, I bought this a month ago and do not want to pay a restocking fee. It is opened, but never used. The system I was going to use it for does not have enough pci slots, so you can have it for cheaper than what I paid.

It is still in the box, has paperwork and the antennas and everything that goes with it. I would say new condition, but it was opened.
