Default Awesome attic find of the day!

I finally found my Conker's Bad Fur Day promo T-shirt!!! It was in my attic in an old box of clothes. It's a bit dirty, because it hasn't been washed in several years,

Unfortunately, this shirt is a large - I wear XL, so it doesn't fit me.

That reminds me of when I unearthed a Super Scope 6 Tour t-shirt, having completely forgotten that I ever attended it back in '92. I was only 11 or 12 and don't have much recollection of what was there, either. But an awesome piece of memorabilia.

Maybe I'll post a pic if I happen to find where I re-buried it.

Nice! I have an old Star Fox t-shirt from the Super Weekend back in '93 somewhere in my mom's attic. I was only 9 when I won it (yeah, I got high score of the hour when I was 9... boo yah) and it was an XL, so I wound up just wearing it to sleep (almost every) night. Good times.
I also still have, unworn, my Half-Life 2 t-shirt from the Collector's Edition PC release. HL2's not that nostalgic, but whatevs...

I still have my HL2 T-shirt, as well! It fits, I've just never worn it.

I don't think I have any vintage promo T-shirts besides the recently made retro themed ones. Actually, I think I have a Lego Indiana Jones one that was given to me from an employee at EB Games, but that's it. There's a bunch of cool vintage ones I'd like to have though, I'm hoping I'll randomly come across them at some point. Did anyone here have the Splatterhouse or Rocket Knight Adventures ones that came out back in the day?

How many people swapped this one around without washing it?

When I was moving earlier this year, I found a couple of old game shirts in a box that I forgot I had. One was an Adventure Island shirt (for the SNES game I think) and another was for Lords of Thunder on the Duo. Oh yeah, there was also the white FFVII shirt in the box as well.

You need to strike up friendships with the guys at EB/GS. When I worked there, I used to see tons of shirts get tossed out 'cuz they wouldn't hand them out to people. It was mildly painful to see perfectly good clothing get tossed out like that. Sometimes I was able to dumpster dive and save them to give out to friends and family but other times I wasn't so lucky.

T-Shirts were always excellent reservation fodder. I had a small group of regulars who would rotate their reservation money to different items just to get the pre-order bonuses and such.

Aww, I was going to post that, but you beat me!

Anyway, I had some sweet pre-order bonus t-shirts back in the day. I had a 3D Mario 64 t-shirt from Toys R Us, a Zelda 64 one from Babbage's, and a Dreamcast swirl shirt from Toys R Us. I wish I knew what happened to all of them.

I wore the Dreamcast shirt the night I got the PS2 at launch, I thought that was fun.

I've actually never worn that shirt - it's way too small for me. If I showed the pictue at a higher res, the whole shirt has a greenish yellow tint to it - it hasn't been washed in 8 years. If you look close enough, you can stains on the front of the shirt, as well...

It kinda looks like an animal peed on it.
