You know the Wii has pretty much the same technical specs as the GameCube, right?

I don't see that this has been stated yet, but this didn't have anything to do with the graphical removals from all three games for the Trilogy. Some of the effects wouldn't have worked well with the newer animation added to the games due to wii-motion being added (such as a fully charged Ice Beam shot making Samus's gun ice over).

Actually, someone pointed that out before all the nonsense started. It's actually because of the advencements of the Wii that the effects were removed(and perhaps lazyness/apathy of the developers)

Yah I tried to but it went well beyond that with one simple statement.... ;p then i stopped caring ^^

I picked this up at Walmart for the same price. Although I definitely wanted this game for awhile, the main reason I picked it up now is because Nintendo will most likely never drop the price of it, even after it's moved over a million plus units.
