does anyone know if wii controller adapter work with gamecube games?

what I'm wondering is if I could use this to plug in my snes controller to play my mega man x and mega man collections gamecube discs, anybody have any idea?

First, I didn't know this existed, very cool. Would be nice if there was something like this for USB/PC, so I don't have to buy 3 separate devices.

Second, I suppose it's possible, since the device is probably just remapping the old controllers to interface like a Gamecube/Wii wired controller.

Third, says it was supposed to come out in June, did it?

We do have a previous thread about this here. Since it plugs into the Gamecube port, I'd assume it does work with Gamecube games and the Game Boy Player.

Yes.

It will. It's a GC adapter. Anything you can do with a gamecube controller you can use this for.

However... you're still boned if the buttons are mapped stupidly.

Ah, so it only has a SNES and NES port? Well, at around $20, not bad, considering Retro Zone's are that price for just NES or SNES to Wii. Apparently, no one has figured out N64 to Wii yet.
