Default Jap Nes cart with eproms?

Hey guys found this cart today at the local cash traders.

The cart was blinking when i used it so i opened it to clean the contacts and found it had eproms. Also im trying to translate the katakana

The black seems to be Family Computer Game, and im sure the blue just says starvision again?

    Anyone seen this game before?

Haven't seen the cart before, but you're correct about the katakana.

Hmmm, now what does that "Starvision" logo remind me of?

I would think it's some sort of bootleg/pirate because of the japanese text, but I've honestly never seen a pirate that had EEPROMS inside. EEPROMs are more expensive than normal ROMs so that's just bizarre

Soooo..... What's on the cart? Is there anything, and if so is there any company name/copyright that might give us any information about it's origin?

could it be a cousin to this guy?
sorry for the crap cell photo.
This is a multicart with half on one menu, then you reset and the secong half shows up on the next menu.

It's a pirate. It's not uncommon for a pirate to eproms.

You might wanna get those EPROMS back under the cover of darkness before the light wipes them.

Try taking your pictures from a bit further away...looks like you're trying to focus too close, thus blurry.
