    Default NES Screwdriver/Screws

Been looking everywhere for this information and can't seem to find a clear answer.

Basically, what kind of Phillips screwdriver do I need to remove the 6 outside screws of the Nintendo. I've now bought 3 different screwdrivers and none of them seem to work. I have size #0, #00, and #000 Phillips Screwdrivers but they don't seem to fit properly.

Could anyone tell me specifically what Phillips Screwdriver to use. I really would like to open my Nintendo to replace the 72 pin connector.

    Much thanks in advance.

I use a P2 for the larger screws (on the outside) and P1 size for the smaller screws inside. Make sure the shaft is at least 4" long to get all the way in. There is not anything in there smaller than a P1-size screw head, so you don't need anything fancy. It can be difficult to get those case screws with an improperly-sized screwdriver. P2 should nestle right in there.
