    Default noisy PS3 controller

    I have an original 60 gig PS3 and the controller's twin sticks have developed an extremely annoying squealing sound during use. I used the search function over at the Tech sub forum but got no hits for a PS3 controller. Thanks in advance, I'm deaf and wear an old style hearing aid in a breast pocket so normal use of the controller places it within 4 inches of the aid.
