Never was really interested in the Kinect for gaming, but I'm seeing a lot of Kinect themed workout 'games'. Like UFC and Zumba. Was wondering how effective it is for working out. I play DDR every night for 80 minutes for the past 5 years but I'm getting burnt-out and need to try something different.
I bought my brother one for Christmas and he's been using it every day for 30 minutes (forget which game) and says it kicks his ass. Lost 10 lbs so far but that could be related more to his diet than the Kinect.
If you use Kinect to work out, what titles are you playing and how much weight have you lost?
