Default Converting a composite NTSC TV to support RGB

Well I thought this would never ever be possible and now I am inspired to try it out on a small samsung TV I have. I already have the chip pinout and will try to get it done soon. When I removed the back of the TV the A/V connector cutout is shaped like a SCART connector...need a little more time to investigate.
