My-Hime and Grenadier aren't what I'd consider top tier shows. My-Hime suffers from how it handles events, as in nothing seems to matter as it goes on. Grenadier was just a fluff show, though it did have a nice duelling shootout scene at the end. Clannad also has a movie version but it's not that great. The only noteworthy thing in it is that it actually depicts the incident that cemented Tomoya's hatred of his father, which was only referenced to in the tv series.

I'd rank Air and Kanon below Clannad. Personally I think Kanon was overrated. The storyline in Kanon felt way to fragmented, to the point where I felt Shuffle! was better in story flow. The anime of Shuffle! is basically a fluff show until just before the end when Kaede's short story arc just broadsides you. Shuffle! is another eroge VN game, which has an English release but Europe only. I believe one of the sequel stories was also released on the DS.

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien might be worth mentioning as well. Another eroge VN but that starts normally enough until wham! The anime (aka Rumbling Hearts) depicts it very well, to the point that it's sadly depressing.
