$20 Earthbound

While in buy and sell, i clicked on page 1001, and i found this
SNES Earthbound loose cartridge. $20 shipped <SOLD>

It used to be a lot less valuable, but now, it goes for around 180 on eBay!

Yeah, around 2002-2003 I paid like $30 for my cart and I wasn't even really looking for a good price, so I probably could've gotten it for less.
It was only around 2006 or so the price started rising.

Many of us are still trying to figure out the retro price increases that have captivated the nation. It isn't just earthbound.
I just got back into video games, and video game collecting, and let me tell you, i was SHOCKED to see what my collection was worth. I mean, i was flabbergasted that GB, Nes, and SNES carts had gotten so expensive. Its gotten to the point where a large amount of loose carts are worth half of what new ps3 and 360 games are worth.
