Looking to buy my first Region Modded Duo-R with the S-Video mod, and preferable recapped and rebuilt gears/new laser if needed?

Also looking for 2 turbo duo-r controllers with 10' extensions if anyone can do that as well. Possible a cd game/hu card thrown in for testing as well.
