    Default Rarity without market value

So the other day I made a huge score at the local goodwill. I found a big bag of 32 NES carts for $35. There was some pretty good stuff mixed in. A copy of Final Fantasy, Kirby's Adventure, Mega Man 2, F-117A. Overall, a pretty decent find.

So I checked them all out on this site's Online Rarity Chart.
Apparently Wheel of Fortune featuring Vanna White, Legends of the Diamond and The Black Bass all have a rarity of 4. But at the same time are not worth much money and do not seem to be very interesting games.
So the question I put to you is: Are games like these worth holding on to just because they are harder to find?

If you enjoy keeping them around then the answer is yes. If you don't care much for them or don't think you will ever play them then sell them or donate them to a goodwill or savers or something. An R4 isn't all that rare as far as NES games go from what Ive seen before.

This. Usually I'd start considering anything R5 and up rare if it's also something highly in demand, if it's not in demand R7 and up is rare. R4 and below isn't really saying much.

I think the main thing to point out is rare doesn't equal valuable. Like the others have also said, these aren't rare, just a little less common.

Things can change, however. For example, the world may decide to abandon soccer (football) as the #1 sport and take up Bass fishing. This could increase the demand for Bass fishing games and the value could go up with it.

But it can also go the other way. Someone might find a wharehouse with thousands of copies of Wheel of Fortune featuring Vanna White. This could increase the supply and is likely to decrease value.

The bottom line is, there is no telling what the future holds and where values may go.

It does sound like you made a nice find. There are games that you should enjoy if you want to play them and if you want to cover your costs and probably make a little, you can sell a few (or all) of the games to do so.
