    Default C128 shaky video

I was given a Neovo SC-19 flat panel monitor... has composite and s-video in (along with DVI/VGA). First thing I thought was a solid replacement for my original C64 monitor. Anywho, I have run into an odd problem: the video is shaky. You can see it move up and down ever so slightly, just enough to annoy the hell out of you. What I am wondering of course is what could be the cause and how can I fix it. Any suggestions would rock. Thanks!

EDIT: I use the Luma/Chroma/Audio cables that came with the C64 along with an adapter to give me the s-video plug needed for the monitor (adapter is built to give Luma and Chroma individual grounds, at least in the adapter).

You might try Lemon64 website. Just google it. They should be able to help there.
