Default Playstation 2 no power ?

Hello i got a fat PS2 that for some reason, gets no power at all (no lights). I checked the power supply, everything in there is good, no blown fuse, tested every diodes, no popped caps, so im kind of clueless now.

Does anyone have an idea of what it can be ?

    Thanks a lot !

Check the power/reset cable, they come out easily on V4 or later, and are easily damaged on V3 or later. If it is a V1/2 check the solder joints for the power bridge on the motherboard. What version is this unit?

Hi I have good thing sometimes could be your psu or can be a smd fuse on the motherboard ps1 fuse is the main power fuse.
that will fix your problem I am unsure where you can buy them from.

I used to fix ps2 consoles all the time.
