    Default Dim Gameboy Micro screen?

I just picked up one of these after years of looking for one at a reasonable price, and the screen seems really dark and flickers? Should I look to replace it completely or is there another option?

Have you tried modifying the brightness? You are aware that button combos allow you to doctor how bright it is right?

Yep, I just notice flickering of higher light levels sometimes.

If all it does is flicker then you got a short I imagine.

I'll open it up and see if a cable is loose.
