    Default E.T. on Atari 800

Does anybody remember the Atari 400/800 version of E.T.? I can't find any trace of this game anywhere on the Web, largely thanks to the infamous 2600 version getting all the attention. I certainly know that the game exists; I used to play it back when I was a kid, and it was much better than on the 2600 (read: NO HOLES).

I remember it. "E.T. Phone Home." Still have it, though I haven't played it in quite some time.

I actually enjoyed this version. A far cry from the VCS cart.

The only thing that sends chills down my spine more than the starting "tune" of 2600 Pac-Man is when this game says "ET Phone Home! ET Phone Home!". Scary...
