It is a nice site. Whats up with the big black empty space at the bottom of the page......
Oh yea, thats where they would put an explanation of why its such a good idea to combine a mobile phone with a game machine.
I actually played one today (store demo) and i must say i was marginally impressed. Personally I WOULD consider buying one IF they released some sort of special edition that didnt come with the phone. That way i wouldnt have to sell one of my kidneys to buy the damn thing
Heh. The first time I tried to get on their site, my PC crashed instantly. Go figure.
Now that I look, they have a SILLY game release list....I mean, Pandemonium? Come on! Plus...the jester has no pants in their promo title! I love the game, but it's kinda dated, isn't it?
And Taito Memories has Space Invaders, Bubble Bobble, and Qix? Where's the old Taito shooters that would be perfect for a handheld? Weird....

Does it frighten anyone that Nokia is making a game called Pathway to Glory?
scooterb: "I once shot a man in Catan, just to watch him die."
I would honestly get one if I could get it for 100$ or less, and thats not including changing phone companies, signing up for a phone service (already got one), or trading in my GBASP... which is the lord of all handhelds.
They're releasing Bubble Bobble for the system?! D'oh... now I may have to break down and play one after all. Geez, Taito, why couldn't you just release a classic collection for the Game Boy Advance like everyone else?

Odd that they've got the news post/bar on the RIGHT side of the page, usually sites have it comfortably placed on the left. They could utilize their space a bit better and tighten things up without losing readability.
Ugh, I've got to work the morning the day this comes out, and figure out how to gut games for this demon beast...

Holy crap. It's been a while.
I agree. I'd get one if it weren't so expensive. The games don't interest me really, since most of them are inferior ports or stuff I've already played. Nokia makes great phones, and the added functionality of the MP3 player and PDA stuff makes it appealing.Originally Posted by CitizenWhite

i won one while i was promoting it, and its not too bad of course maybe my opinion would change if i piad $300
whoa whoa whoa, how did you win one of these?
There's a $100 gift voucher available with purchase now. They have Metal Slug listed as a downloadable Java game.
dud
adj : failing to detonate; especially not charged with an active explosive; "he stepped on a dud mine" n 1: (informal) someone who is unsuccessful [syn: flop, washout] 3: an event that fails badly or is totally ineffectual [syn: turkey, bomb]
I think the greatest part about this machine is the physical design.
I mean I like my PS2, but if I had to unplug it, unscrew the case, pry some odd thing open and barely slip a disc into a hole, bend back the piece I pried open, put the case back on and plug it back in, I WOULD ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.
Christ, reason alone for a massive bomb.
I wouldn't buy one either, but the Tomb Raider clip looks mighty impressive!

JESUS CHRIST! So thats why its 300... wow.
Was it here or somewhere else that I read that some games did not even have sound, and were just silent. Anyone else hear that?
