Damn, have a sit-down, son. This is asking people what the rarest system THEY own is - not what the rarest system they SHOULD own is.

I, for one, own systems that are more rare than I should be able to have (@ new in sealed shipping box Astrocade Inc. version Astrocade). So there.

I've got apink hello kitty dc boxed and complete. I also have a satin silver ps2 (its the version that you could only get when you bought a sony wega tv during the 2004 rugby world cup in Australia; it has a different box to the normal one)

I have also got a crystal clear xbox.

Sega CD model 1 as well (not so much rare as sought after)

new never used vic20 in box (minty condition)

Just going back a few posts. I remember the Dick Smith Wizzard being sold here in Australia when I was a kid. My rarest system would probably be my

    Haminex 666 PONG
    MB Vectrex
    Commodore 128D

I don't have many rare systems but my Wonderswan Color is rare here in Australia s they weren't released here. If the Dick Smith Wizzard is that rare I could probably place an advertisement in the local newspaper and get one for somebody. I'd probably get one for myself at the same time. I bet it wouldn't cost much either.

    Regards,

    Nubian.

Probably my complete original Magnavox Odyssey, circa 1973. It even still has the 30-year old rubber bands (although a few have snapped with age when I slipped things out of them).

Sega Nomad. Not very rare when compared to some of the systems talked about in this thread.

    1) JVC Wondermega RG-M1
    2) Panasonic Q
    3) NEC PC-FX
    4) NEC Turbo Express
    5) Sega CD-X
    6) Sega Nomad
    7) Sega CD Model 1 w/ an S-video Genesis Model 1 (ok, it's a custom made Genny, but I still love it!)

    Lucky bastard.
I have a few "Limited Edition" systems.
    Halo Xbox
Donkey Kong SNESx2 maybe 3 soon
    Platinum Gamecube*
    Platinum Gameboy Advance*
Black Gameboy Advence (Toys R Us exclusive)

*The limited Edition on those 2 was pretty dissapointing considering they can still be found EVERYWHERE
I should also be getting the NES GBA for Xmas

Looking in the DP Guide it appears that the APF MP1000 R8 is the rarest system I have. I also have an Apple Pippin that is not listed in the guide so not sure how rare it is. Without looking in the Guide I would have guessed my Sega Master System POP Display Kiosk was the rarest.

Rarest system I have is my Amstrad Mega PC. Still have the original (white megadrive) controller boxed & sealed.

Other than that it would be my Virtual Boy (only rare 'cos they wernt sold over here).

I sure wish I knew what the fuck "Warm Chocolate Puddin'" really referred to. No one ever gives me a straight answer. It's the stupidest filter ever.

I think there was Sharp(?) personal computer released in Australia/NZ back in 80s from memory. If you can find one in mint that will be a good one for collection...
