Default PAL SNES on NTSC SFC?

Has anybody been able to get UK PAL SNES games to run on an NTSC SNES or SFC?

I have a Super Magic Converter (Honey Bee) which works great except when it came time to play my PAL game on my SFC.

As far as I know, PAL games require a hardware mod to run on NTSC systems. But I'm not familiar with the process. I do need to get the mod to my US SNES to run Terranigma tho.....

afaik import adapters should work, they do work for playing ntsc games on pal consoles, the only problem COULD be that your TV doesn't accept 50Hz signal at all, most tv's over here accept 50 and 60Hz

I'm in the UK, and do my main SNESing on a US machine. The majority of PAL games will run on a US SNES with a late-era convertor (My Action Replay 2 does the trick 90% of the time), but some later releases need a hardware mod.
The 50/60Hz issue hydr0x mentioned won't be a problem, because it's the console, not the game, that determines what signal is sent to the TV. All PAL games will run in 60Hz on a US machine.
The only time this could be an issue is if any PAL games were optimised for 50Hz, meaning that they will run a little fast, and have the top & bottom of the screen chopped off. The only example I can think of is Mario Kart, which runs slightly fast and is a bit glitchy, but this is because the speed of it was fudged for PAL games, rather than properly optimised. (which, incidently, means the fastest possible Mario Kart lap times that can be gained are when playing the PAL cart on a 60Hz machine)

Oh, I should go home and try out my PAL SCV4 cartridge on my Model 2. That should help!

Uh, yeah, I forgot that it just doesn't work. Oh well.
