First off, yeah, scans of the PSIV box are still up. However, that's not my reason for bringing this here.

Owners of Japanese Mega Drive games: Have you noticed the use of the word "TOCA" used as a sort of onomatopoeic "CRUNCH" sound (word represents a sound, i.e. "Buzz!!" and not just from the Odyssey^2 sound module) in the warning section of the manual? Wondering if anybody can provide some insight into that.

(Edit #1: Not so sure it isn't Japanese text at the moment. Another manual has "Paki," in English text, instead. Still hoping somebody can give me an insight into this :)

In other news, finished the scan of the back two pages of the Phantasy Star IV's manual, with the game's various characters caught in acts of wanton game mishandling. Very comic.

The whole thing, the last two pages of the manual!

(The next five files are ~9-10K each, vertical/profile orientation; good for an avatar in some other forum, or as a base for an avatar. They're not reduced in size from the scan above.)
