Hey, at least if woudn't be that noticable, considering that you don't really change playfields all that often. You'd only notice it occasionally.

Okay, but what's in the can? I'm willing to wager that's not Mello Yello in there... know what I mean?

Really, what do you expect from a display unit from the early 80s with a game like that? I see Mrs. Pac Man cabs with burned in mazes all the time.

That cabinets in damn nice condition, and the burn-in isn't nearly as bad as most I've seen. Still overpriced IMO, but hey...

In America, it is a Coke product made to compete with Mountain Dew. It is as Mr. Pibb is to Dr. Pepper and Coke is to Pepsi.

That is a very nice cab, but i think the starting bid is overpriced. Start it at $400, and then it will go up. I would love to own a Q-bert someday.

I just looked on mame's gamelist.txt - this game is not emulated.

Probably just a matter of getting dumps, but it ain't in there, as far as I can tell.

No, it's definitely in there... Look under "Mello Yello QBert".

I just wanted to mention that in the context above, the Coke / Pepsi analogy is incorrect.

Pepsi was created to compete with Coke, not t'other way around. Coca-Cola was first.

But back on topic: that Mello Yello Q*Bert machine is darn cool. Nothin' like drinking a frosty cold Mello Yello and playing it down at the local sub shop.

    (Yeah, I'm bored today.)
