I purchased an adapter to play NES games on my Famicom. I'm too lazy to fiddle around with my toaster NES, so I can play NES games on my Toploader AV Famicom
    Egbert, I miss you...

    The usual Thrift Store:

Adventure (2600, Pic label) - 2.00 (A little too expensive (All their loose 2600 games are 2.00 each!), but I don't own Adventure with a decent label so I bought it)
High Seas Havoc (Genesis, Complete) - 2.00

Then I went to Hastings, and got these (All the following are formal rentals, PS2):

    Grandia II - 9.99
    Unlimited SaGa - 14.99
Suidoken III - 19.99 (It didn't have the book and the disk has a stupid rental cover! Grrr! I ALMOST passed... but I know I can get my $20 back for it when I'm finished ) <- Edit: Maybe Not!

I also have the following coming:

Super Real Mahjong PII/III (PC Engine)
    Chrono Trigger (SFC)
    Drakkhen (SFC)
    Tokimeki Memorial Saturn Hint Book

+ some great import packages from maxlords, oceanfr, and geelw!

...And this probably ends my game buying for awhile (I have sooo many bills to pay...)

Damn! I wanted to be the one to start this thread...

Anyway, today I found the following:

    Toys R Us
    Escape from Monkey Island (PS2) - $9.99
    Parappa the Rapper 2 (PS2) - $9.99

    Gamestop
    Datel Power Mouse (PS2, new) - $1.49
    Go-Go Hypergrind (GC, new) - $14.99
Asterix and the Great Rescue (GEN, used complete) - $1.99
Chiki Chiki Boys (GEN, case and game only) - $2.99
Triple Score w/ Columns, Super Hang-On, and World Championship Soccer (GEN, used complete $.89)

Next to the dumpster behind Hollywood Video, I found 2 N64 wooden slats and rain-drenched Mario Party 3 and Pokemon Stadium boxes with the manuals. Any ideas on how to dry these boxes so I can use them?
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.

Both my finds were at Gamestop yesterday.

In addition to my sweet new CLEAR GREEN Xbox, I managed to snag a near-mint copy of Intelligent Qube for PSX. Disc has buff marks on it-nothing serious. Most copies I've seen are messed up pretty badly.

    Xbox = $120
    IQ = $30

Plus, I got 5 Genny games from Portnoyd and some shirts from digdug.

A good day for me, I'd say.

RIP bargora, you will be greatly missed. That is how we do things on Giedion Prime.

This week has been eBay for me so far...

    Boxed Pac-Mania NES - 2.25
    Boxed Flintstones - 1.75

Shipping on those will be determined later after I get some more stuff from the seller, and I will be charged actual Media Mail shipping.

And! I got a MINT boxed NES ACTION SET for 46.76 shipped. I, of course, have an NES already but not a boxed one. I will keep the box and packaging and sell the system and make profit and get the box free! The way this happend was because the system was listed in the wrong category with a bad auction title. see for yourself....

Pretty good so far this week!
