The arcade chipset that runs Radiant Silvergun is basically a modified Saturn with more RAM... we won't see it emulated until the Saturn is emulated. As the Saturn is one complicated beast, it will be a while before we see a fast-ruuning emulator.

Well, the title screen shows up, at least. It's still far too slow on my computer (a measly 1 GHz), but I've noticed that each MAME update has improved the Titan games a little bit. Baku Baku Animal, for instance, has really improved. But that's a lot easier than Silvergun.
