I second KK's sentiment... though my percentage tops out at around 80.

    Some games I own/have owned that I found particularly stinky;

FFVII - let the flames begin! But seriously, 7 killed the whole FF series for me. I haven't purchased a FF game since (save Tactics). That's why I put it here.

Trap Gunner - This game single handedly forced me to think about buying any Atlus trans-title again, just on the merit that it's Atlus.

Frogger - WTF did they do to my little green buddy? Truly craptacular.

Driver - I'm all for hard games, but to make it so hard that it's unplayable?

There's more I assure you. Thankfully I have succeded in eradicating these games titles/experiences from memory.

Wrong! THIS is the worst game of all time!

Spent $39.99 U.S. on this stinking pile of dog shit and headed straight for the nearest game store to trade it in the very next day. Words cannot describe the horrible, pixellated, frustrating difficulty curve that this waste of plastic was. I shudder just thinking about it today.

in the end i've found that there are a grand total of roughly 20 psx games that interest me. that's not even a percent of the library.

I've found a new one: Strike Force Hydra. I think it's a straight port from GBA.

Blast Lacrosse. What can I say, typical Acclaim. Didn't play it for over five minutes. Thank God it was only $2.

I can't beleive no one's mentioned Dragonball GT: FInal Bout, the only fighter that takes 3 seconds to turn around in.

Pong and Teras Kasi didn't seem that bad...nothing really great, but not outright bad.

I've had the opportunity (unfortunately) to try out a lot of PlayStation games in the last few months that I wouldn't normally buy since I've been buying lots and getting games for free and such. It's no surprise that many of them are stinkers. A few of the worst of the worst:

Men in Black - The Series: Crashdown - Ugh, I have no witty comment or observation about this game; it just sucks... HORRIBLY. I think there should be a rule that stuff shouldn't be allowed to be based on something that's based on something else (in this case, the game is based on the cartoon which is based on the movie). You get one degree of separation, and THAT'S IT.

The Mummy - You know a game is bad when they attempt to make a seamless transition from the movie clips to the game but as soon as the dialogue from the movie ends and the game voice acting kicks in it's an entirely different voice. o_O Not to mention they TOTALLY screwed up the character faces. It's as if they took a photo of the actor but they weren't capable of wrapping the image around his polygonal head, so he ends up with a flat face the width of a platter.

Grand Theft Auto - Perhaps an unpopular opinion, but I truly believe this is one of the most pathetic PSX games I've played. I seriously believe the creators only excuse for making this game was to have a game with a farting/belching/cursing button.

Tomb Raider 3 - Here's my experience with it: I kept slowly sliding down a cliff into spikes and dying. My boyfriend's little sister figured out how to get past the spikes, she killed a monkey at the bottom, got lost, and then we turned off the game.

The only PSX games on my shelf that I can say seem to be thoroughly bad are Blazing Dragons and Panzer General...but that's probably because they're hardly the kind of games I like to play, so my opinion isn't really valid there.

I do recall wanting to destroy my friend's copy of 2Xtreme back in the day, though. Hardly a "greatest hit", despite what the packaging might say...

I thought of a few that made me want to shove a burning needle into my eye:

Rise 2: Resurrection - ARRRRRGH, see my ROTR post for more info
VS. - What the hell is this game trying to be? "Gangs" with only four people? Yuck. Good music though.
Psybadek - Another game that doesn't know what it's trying to be. Let's spin around and shoot 50 penguins! Or not.
Expendable - Absolutely horrid control on this otherwise promising shooter.
Vanishing Point - Wonderful music, horrible control. It is absolutely frustrating to race with the beginning cars in this game.
Monkey Hero - Lackluster Zelda clone without any of the fun.
San Francisco Rush - Awful control, very poor version of the arcade game

Cybersled- This is one of the very first psx games I ever played. I rented it the day that I got my psx (along with Kings Field, so I was at least happy about one game ) and man was this game awful. It was attempting to be a 3D game, but it just looked horrid. This seriously has to be one of the worst games I have ever played, ever.

Deathtrap Dungeon- Now, don't get me wrong, I think it is a very cool concept, and it is a decent game, but the controls are VERY badly done. I don't mind how the graphics look (though, they do look pretty bad), but with the controls being as bad as they are the game is nearly unplayable. Plus the game is very hard. An okay game, though. Much better than Cybersled.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Aquanaut's Holiday.

I bought that game assuming it would be a really cool free roaming experience, exploring the ocean and seeing interesting fish.

Well, I was exactly right, except about the "really cool" part. What a bore.

You don't mean Cyberspeed, do you? Now that was a terrible game. Literally, an on-rails racer, and it looked worse than any SuperFX game. I remember Cybersled being a damn fun twin-stick mech game ala Virtual On in the arcades. Maybe the PSX port was just really bad...

My vote has to go to "the unholy war". This game was just fucking rancid, granted I only played the demo of it, but I can't see the full game being much better.

The City of Lost Children. I wandered around for an hour, had no clue what was going on. I turned it off and never played it again. Wasted 5 bucks there...

Hmm, I'm not sure which one it is actually . The one I am talking about is where you pick a vehicle and you are in an arena and you drive around the arena and attack your opponent, kind of like a fighting game but with vehicles of some sorts. So, I'm not sure which one it was
