It's true that it got good ratings, but nowadays I don't hear it mentioned that much.
Where's Rise Of The Robots? That was a bad one. Street Combat and Weaponlord were bad too.

man i can't beleive nobody mentioned Super James Pond. that was the biggest turd ever. worst game i have ever played. i think it gave me a brain hemmorhage just from looking at the graphics.
Lol back to SoM if you cant beat that game your absolutely silly. It just takes some effort like any RPG (cant beat a boss leave and lvl up :L) No talking smack on squaresoft games. They are the sickness.
i'm going to pretend i didn't see anyone bashing my beloved beat 'em ups. last action hero is probably the only one for the snes that is honestly horrible.
kablooey isn't bad, its just a difficult puzzle game.
Top 3 stinkers...
3-Ranma 1/2
2-Shaq Fu
1-Cool World..........oh dear God..........Cool World.
1 Bulls n blazers
Which Ranma 1/2? Hard Battle? I liked that game myself.Originally Posted by Master Chu
i didn't find any problems with ranma. still haven't played cool world yet.

no. street combat was a former ranma game with the "american" characters. hard battle was the only true snes release with the actual characters. street combat, in japan, plays better and has the anime cast, but i can't remember the name. just go trial and error, on gamefaqs or something.
I can't agree more...I loved Genghis Khan II and other KOEI games, but Brandish was just so bad. I was really into SNES RPGs back then and bought the game at launch hoping it would have some decent gameplay...but I played it for only a couple hrs at most and have never played it since.Originally Posted by Mark III

I'm always looking for new boxed NES accessories. If you've got any for sale, shoot me a PM!
Ulitmate Fighter... I just love games where you can throw a punch at a guy and see your whole arm go through the guy (with your fist sticking out of his back), and yet have no hit registered.
Captain Novolin. I feel like I pissed away three dollars when I bought this.
Ponce De Leon,
Constantly on,
The fountain of youth,
Not Robotron.
I second Shaq Fu, Revolution X, and The Rocketeer, but I defend Secret of Mana, Battletoads/Double Dragon, Buster Busts Loose, and Ranma 1/2. C'mon, people. The topic says "the worst," not "the mediocre." If the game does not inflict actual pain, it does not belong on the list.
And whoever mentioned Super Mario Kart, I charge with having bad taste. Veridct: guilty by reason of insanity.
Two more to stay away from:
-Radical Psycho Machine (RPM) Racing - Imagine if Rock N Roll Racing was very slow, with gameplay that was abysmal at best. That's what we have here.
-ABC Monday Night Football - Lost in a sea of SNES football titles, and for good reason.

No offense, but if people found Secret of Mana cheaply difficult, they didn't put nearly enough effort into it, or you just stink. But don't blame the game for being bad if you stink at it.
The game really isn't all that hard, and if you die a few times, so what. All games should be that way. RPGs where you can go all the way through without dieing once are the real abortions.
SoM is a fantastic game. One of the greatest action-RPGs of all time to me. But we're all welcome to our opinions. That's okay.
I also can understand why some people would prefer the N64 version of Mario Kart to the SNES version, but to call it the worst game on the system is a gross exaggeration. I know a lot of people who STILL play that game.
I'm a real SNES fan, and there are very few games for it that I haven't been able to find *some* good in. Of course, I also haven't played a lot of the games that people here have mentioned.
Two that I do remember and that I never was able to find an ounce of enjoyment in were Street Combat and Drakkhen. Sorry Drakkhen fans. It probably just wasn't a style that clicked with me.
Bebe's Kids, and any game by Raya Systems. Never played them, never even will.
