I had been trying to track one down for a while and was about to get one off of Ebay when i ran into Hastings to rent some movies. I just happened to go by the video game section and there was a dusty NGP just waiting for me. There's no telling how many years it's been sitting there ignored and unloved. Lucky me!
Argh. The curse returns. Just when I thought I wouldn't purchase another Genesis system, the collector in me pretends it's the hero from Altered Beast and rises from the grave.
Genesis Model 2 with RF Hookup, P/S, one 3rd party controller and a 32 X system (no hookups for that): $14.99
Sonic 2 and Sonic & Knuckles (loose): $3.99
Doom 32X (loose) $2.99
Now I'm gonna go back to that same Goodwill store to see if I can find the 32X's power supply and hookup cables.
This weekend I just managed to pick up from TRU:
Dreamcast - Quake - 4.50
N64 - Turok 3 - 10
I went to just about every Best Buy, Circuit City, and TRU in the area and thats all the games I found. Bought alot of DVDs this weekend though.
Wow I found the sweetest find yesterday. 5 sealed copies of Panzer Dragoon Saga for Saturn boxed at the Walmart I work at! They were in a mislabeled box with some other last released titles. 2 copies of Burning Rangers, a few Sonic Jams, 1 Winter Heat and some Sonic 3D Blast. I got to buy them for $10 each cuz they woulda had to throw them away. TITS MAN!
