If it's the one with the chrome skull on it, it's one of the worst movies ever made. Very early use of computer graphics, and as near as I can tell, someone was able to render a chrome skull, and said, "Hey, this would be cool in a movie!" And five minutes later, the script was finished. If you spend time watching it, you will feel chronologically raped at the end.

    Enjoy!

Got $40 from my parents for watching the house while they're gone. What should I do with it? Oh yeah! Buy video games!

    Metro:
    Mac 5.25" Floppy Drive $0.99
Pixter Plus $6.99 - Thought I'd give it a whirl
    72 Hockey Cards from '75 $2.99

    Goodwill:
    7800
Desert Falcon - Box - jacked up cart
    Dig Dug - Box
    Donkey Kong - Box
Pole Posistion II - Free! - found it in the Dig Dug box

    2600
    Kung-Fu Master - Box
    Super Baseball - Box

Web Browser - Dreamcast - sealed
    Pilot Wings - SNES

For some reason the cleark charged me $2.52 for 5 items, then $0.01 for 2 others. I have no idea which is which, but I ain't arguing.

    Another Goodwill:
Shadow of the Beast - Genesis

    Yet another Goodwill:
    NES
    1943
    Little Mermaid
    Bad News Baseball
    Shooting Range
    Raid on Bungeling Bay
    Toki
    Mickey Mousecapade

    $3.03 each

    Last Chance:
    Silicon Graphics Workstation - $12.95

Ended the day by hitting a few retail shops
    Game Swap:
    NES
    RoboWarrior
    Rocketeer
    Seicross
    Rampart
    Super Pitfall
    Vindicators

    Spell Checker - GB - $14.99

Paid $5 each for the NES games on a buy two get one, so I paid $20 for the 6 games. The Spell Chacker? Eh, I wanted it. Leave me alone!

    EB
Tried the buy it there, trade it there plan. Worked ok.
    Mario's Time Machine - SNES
    Castelvania - NES
    Qix - NES
    King's Field - PlaySation Longbox

Should have been $15.97, I paid 12.68 and got a $0.53 credit. Not a huge deal, but OK

    Ok, here's my rundown.
Garage sale listed vdeogames, as well as other stuff I was interested in. When I got there, I saw a box of computer games. Half way decent stuff, but I didn't feel like buying any of it. Got to the main table. Small stack of SNES ranging from $1-3 each, complete boxed DC with 1 controller for $20, boxed GBC for $25, some boxed GBA games for $10 each. Oh, and some kind of action replay for 5. Don't really know.

Well, I ended up buying SNES Earthworm Jim and its manual for $3, and I got a complete boxed Golden Sun: The Lost Age for $7. Well, on my way home, I looked in the box to see that it was actually just plain old Golden Sun in the box
I took it back and the lady refunded my money, and she had just put out a box of old comic books. I went through those and got 8 for $1 :P

The thing is, though, is that she said there was a bunch more videogame stuff in the back, but her sons hadn't gone through it and she couldn't sell it. She proceeded to point to 4 or 5 LARGE boxes Even by asking a little more, she wouldn't budge Oh well. She said come back next year

I could see in the top of the boxes...there was some good stuff in there...

Hit up a few EB's to take advantage of the last day of the "buy one, get one free sale." Sadly, mostly common stuff, but I bought a few games that I wanted. I spent about $18 on this stuff:

    Double Dragon (NES) w/ manual
    James Bond Jr. (NES) loose
    Warrior of Rome (Genesis) boxed
    Super Punch Out (SNES) boxed
Super Ghouls N Ghosts (SNES) complete
    Sid Meier's Civilization (SNES) complete

I also picked up Type O Negative's October Rust for 5.99 out of their used CD section.

The vast majority of SNES, NES, and Genesis games are 5.99 and less, but I notice that there are still a few titles that EB refuses to discount. Kid Icarus is still $15 or $20, and one EB had a nice, boxed Breath of Fire 2 behind the counter, but they were charging $30 for it. It would've been a nice pick up for 5.99 combined with the sale.....
