I loved the original Headhunter and was pretty psyched when it was announced that Headhunter: Redemption was coming out for the Xbox. I was tempted to pick it up at launch, but I went to two GameStops and a EB after it was released and the GameStops weren't planning on carrying it and the EB said it would be in a week later.
I then read some reviews, and they all pretty much trashed the game. Reading the reviews and especially looking at the pictures made me kind of glad I hadn't found the game. It doesn't look nearly as good.
What the heck happened? The first was really cool and different enough than Metal Gear Solid that I felt that it stood on it's own. Did anyone else pick Redemption up? Is it truly bad?
I might just rent it if I can find it somewhere to check it out...
