    Default Treamcast?

Hmm...I just stumbled on this thing, and well, it looks so cool!

Anyone have one of these? Also, will it play ntsc dreamcast games since it's a console from Hong Kong?

That's a great price. That person is also a respected member of DCEmulation.com forum, as are most of the other people on that site.

The last time I was at a NAVA meeting I was playing a DC with an LCD screen. Does anybody know where they sell standalone LCD screens for regular Dreamcasts?

    They don't.

    Treamcast uses a custom case.

You CAN mod a PS1 screen for it though, I can't remember off the top of my head, but I think the third party ones work best.

That one was a PSOne screen (I think an Interact) modifed to allow for Dreamcast play. I remember talking with guy who made it.

This looks very cool. I wonder if they'd be willing to sell the controller seperately - seems like it'd be great for playing Genesis games on an emu for DC.

By the way, Untamed... IS THAT A KNIFE?

It's my unit. The modification for the DC wasn't really needed, I just wanted it with a short DC A/V cable instead of using the A/V in on the screen. That was actaully an easy mod, just a matter of cutting down a DC A/V cable and soldering in place of the PS1 cable.

I didn't do the mounting block (it was made by a friend of mine, who would be who you were talking to) but it was just a matter of forming a piece of wood to allow the lid to open and keep the screen at a good position. I really like the way it came out and I'm glad I went with the Interact 4" screen since I tried the Interact 5" screen and it looked a lot worse.

    It's an 8inch bayonet.

Go to the dcpawnshop forums (http://www.dcpawnshop.com) and those controllers are on sale for $9.99 US + shipping. Msg fatheadpi for them.

EDIT: I have an orange zapper... That might not be a bad idea. :P

    Thanks for the info.

Have you considered mounting the bayonet ON the zapper?

If anyone questions the move, you could always say "If you'll notice, this gun is painted orange, which clearly indicates it as a completely non-lethal toy. Now stop asking questions before I stab you with it!"

...No, I don't own any weapons, and rightfully so.
