At last I am able to post! My PC kept disconnecting everytime I tried to post, but I think I have fixed the problem

it turns out that

Allied General

carries the same release number as it's german counterpart (Panzer General II: Allied General which is

SLES 00417

to be exact.

Is the PGII fully localized? Would that be the first to use the same number for different languages?

I got the german release "Frühes Lernen mit Micky" which is "Learning with Mickey" and they carry the same number also so we have a 99.9% propability that it's the same with Winnie. I assume you want to make it hard for me and want to find the english release first before yelling out "missing zero"
