My favorite ever is the title screen for the original. LOVE IT. They should use it in every zelda game.

the light world theme from link to the past. sure it's just a remix of zelda 1, but that nice sound card in the snes does it much better justice

I love all of the music from Zelda, but my very favourite would have to be the Title Screen music from Ocarina Of Time.

The Wind Waker's score is easilly my favorite, and from that score... The Title Theme was my favorite. Dragon Roost Isle and the Introduction were great too.
EDIT: Also, Prior to the Wind Waker's release, my favorite song was the Staff Credits in Majora's Mask... I always go back and fight Majora's Mask just to hear it every once and a while.
I loved the song to Tal Tal Heights in Links Awakening, the Gerudo Valley from Ocarina of Time, overworld from Majora's Mask, and the temple from Zelda 2.
Overall I have to say that Ocarina had the best music, though.

Since they are all so similar, I am going to have to go with remastered ones, like Ocarina of Time. (This is just as a whole, not any particular song.)

Exactly what I was going to say. Whenever I hear the Dragon Roost Isle song remix from OCRemix, I want to go back to hear the real thing.

Another fave of mine, as simple as it is, is the flute/ocarina theme (see especially The Legend of Zelda, The Minish Cap and Super Mario 3).
Wind Waker. Specifically the Staff Credits.
I'll go so far as to say it's the best Ending theme I've ever heard. Well, that and Final Fantasy VIII.
