Not as good as the 2 Lunar games but still a good game. Totally worth the four bucks it cost. Game Arts did a nice job with the characters like they did in the Lunar games.

EDIT: Beat the game. No idea why it crashed the first time haha.

Figures i wouldn't mind having a copy of that version instead the disk version loading times can be annoying.

But does it support the save feature and extra sound channel, or is it a reverse-translaion hack of the NES version?

Latest import: Metroid Fusion Japanese, for the hard mode and gallery options that I think are missing from the English (or is it the same effect as linking the EN version to Prime?). Is it possible to reset the unlockables on that to play it "like new"?
And a CIB Game Boy RPG called Masakari Densetsu.

Don't know, but probably not. Don't really care at this point though since it's hard enough to find an FDS to cart at this level. Plus I've got the disks anyways.

Stuff that came in today. Most notable is a personal "holy grail" of mine, Esparks Miracle Adventure for GB (action platformer).

Well, I got the Wing of Madoola Famicom cart I ordered, the ink on the back is pretty smeared.

That guy on the other cart kinda shares my feelings.

I did not realize there were two similarly named Masakari Densetsu games for the Game Boy, one an action game and the other an RPG.
    And a JP Metroid Fusion.

Would you have preferred a US version?

    On a side note...

Won another sweet Famicom Disk Only game that has been painstakingly converted to a cart with high quality custom box and instructions!

What if a cib US version and a cib JPN version each cost only $30 bucks.... Which version would you prefer and why? Just curious.

Well if i wanted to know the story the u.s version.Still i give the japanese version the edge,no annoying voice acting and it comes in a jewel case at least.

Btw i never like how soa sold the sega-cd games in the long boxes it took up space.

I can see where people would (1) like the long box and (2) dislike the long box cases for Sega CD. I actually think the long boxes are kinda cool, but I hate how fragile they are (imho). I lean more towards the japanese versions these days for consistency since that's what I collect these days.

Won a second Saturn hss-0130 arcade stick. Now I got 2 of these bad boys. This one's boxed. Best stick for the Saturn (imho)... basically looks like the panel of a SEGA Astro City arcade machine that's been cut off and modded for console.
