I hate to imagine how much that set him back...
Well, in reality I didn't pay anything. I had another deal where the buyer of a previous item still owed a little more. I spent some time waiting for the final payment, but finally just decided to end it when this was offered up. I will probably sell it on Ebay to recoup the final price we agreed on. If one were to ask how much was spent in all, that number would be $50.00. Which is another story for another time.

From Wal Mart for $14.95: Dragon Ball GT Final Bout.

The guide says $80, I looked on ebay and it was about the same as I paid at Wal Mart. Oh well

Went to a flea market and scored some SEGA stuff.

Complete Mega Drive II, everything in super mint condition, not a scratch anywhere.
    20 $.

Some various SEGA stuff: A complete Master System (5 $), Virtual Hydlide (complete, 2 $), loose Mega Drive II (2 $), Sonic I & II (complete) and Global Gladitors (in a Sonic I case) (10 $).

And some NES stuff that i needed.

    Vandal hearts 1 PS1 - Price FREE

Yes, i typed that right it was FREE

Somehow me and my friend go into a conversation about ps1 and i mentioned that game vandal hearts, he said he had it, i asked if i could lend it and instead he told me to keep it!

Case is kinda fucked up, few fingerprints on cd (can clean easily) and a good condition manual

    I certainly wasnt expecting this!

Everything comes at a price tho sicne i got a call telling me vib ribbon was a stock error and they had no more left! What a damn shame

Today I received the Blockbuster exclusive Outlaw Golf: 9 Holes of X-Mas which I paid all of $2.49 for...not THAT great a bargain when you consider it went for just $4.95 new...add the shipping and I actually paid a bit over a buck over that price.

Well, I got a quite the large amount of mail today....

First package was small and had:

Genesis - Shining Force (box only)
Genesis - Herzog Zwei (box only)

The other package was BIG and very heavy and contained all 250 or so of the genesis boxes I won recently on ebay...Damn box was almost half as large as my shelves. Here's some pics:

Lots of good ones in there. Tons I need. The boxes were almost all shrinkwrapped, so I didn't open to many of them, but a few that I did had manuals and Dinosaur's Tale had the cart. Some I'll use as replacements. I'm probably gonna strip down the 10 or so of sonic 2 and jurassic park boxes I have and use the cases. Thanks to this lot, the only loose game I have now is Action 52.

I went to EB because I got a $10 gift card from my girlfriend's parents for my birthday (today) and I wanted to use it toward an incredibly sweet Logitech PSP case. None in stock and nothing else interesting in the store.

Perturbed, I went to GameCrazy. There I got:

The Logitech case I was looking for - $20 new
Dark Savior for Saturn - $13 used but minty!
Air Force Delta Storm for PS2 - $16 new, sealed

I am most excited about finally getting the PSP case (searched for about 2 weeks).

I also finally found Spikeout for XBox ($30), and a complete longbox SF Alpha for $7 yesterday.

The "spring thaw" is hitting the local thrifts early! Came away with some Odyssey2 lovin, all for $2 each:

    PT Barnum's Acrobats
    Football
    Freedom Fighters
    War Of Nerves
    Pick Axe Pete

There were about 8 other titles there I left b/c I already had. Looked around for a console but no luck. Don't you just hate it when you go to the thrifts, find a big stack of carts (esp something slightly oddball like the O2) in one part of the store and the frikkin console is nowhere to be seen?

I agree... Give the game a chance. I had loads of fun with it when it was released, and it certainly was challenging beating it 100%

went hunting today after work. went down to the local Good shop. nothing to be found except for some rare nes SMB/DH carts. had plenty so i let them go. off to the Salvation

walk in .......blah, nothing walk around a bit and just happened upon a n64 cheat book (volume 4) with 3 strategy guides in it (f1 world grand prix,starfox/lylat wars, and snowboard kids) couldn't pass up for a quarter of a dollar

was gonna hit the local mall, and passed so i figured i hit a pawn that i go by anyway. walked in saw some n64 games laying around (go figure) nothing of interest so the owner asked me if i needed help. i was like prozac.....not. i inquired about the prices of the n64 games praying i don't get the $10 buck or more gesture and he told me to my surprise i could snag em for a buck a piece. the weird thing is as i was gigling inside after the good news i see a stack of gameboy games behing the desk and ask how much for those. he says $8 a piece can't figure that one out......oh well i got a good deal on the n64 games so me get the 4 games all loose
