My only purchases so far have been at Gamecrazy. When I got there, most of the good games were gone with only Gameboy stuff left. So, I decided to buy some of the stuff I've been putting off.

    GB:

    Wario Blast
    Castlevania Legends
    Donkey Kong
    Bubble Bobble
    Wario Land 2

    GBC:

    Metal Gear Solid
    Mario Golf

    SNES:

    Filmation Presents "Happily Ever After"

    PS:

    Chocobo Racing (Complete)

Pretty happy with that stuff A) because it cost me $45 and B) there was still stuff I wanted like 4 days after the sale started.

A Video Time in Chico was going under, and I found a couple cheap games I wanted

    Cubivore-GCN-$15

    Castlevania:Symphony of the Night-PS1-$7.50

It doesnt seem like these were rented out offen; Cubivore is scratchless, and Castlevania is only slightly scratched.

Nice ver 1 there Gray Fox. A while ago I bought a large sega lot off ebay and was surprised when one of the 4 boxes sent by UPS was a CIB mint Sega Cd Version 1! I still haven't tried mine out...don't even know if it works.

Nice peach fuzz there, GrayFox! (Aww, I kid, I kid.) Also, that console looks sexxxxxy. Rawr. I want one. NOW.

Anyways, stuff I've bought recently (hasn't been much, I've been too busy working and stuff ):

+ Ecco Jr for Mega Drive, box & cart - free!
+ Rainbow Islands for Master System, box & cart - free! (I traded in my far inferior NES cart only version for it)
+ Saga Frontier II for the PSX - free! This is a Squaresoft RPG, so hopefully it's good!
+ Star Ocean Till The End Of Time - $20. I'm about 4 hours in and it's more like an interactive movie, but I'm hoping it'll get better.
    + The Bouncer for PS2, complete - $10.

The Bouncer seriously is not as bad as I was expecting it to be. Everyone I asked about it was acting like Squaresoft was raping the dead corpse of FFII or something, but it's alright. Sion is cute. The storyline is alright. Killing people is fun!

+ Gran Turismo 4 promo hat - free from the video game store I always hang out at. Poor Steve who works there didn't get given one, but his boss loves me, so I did. :P
+ Grandia II and Sonic Adventure II for the Dreamcast - too much via eBay, but both were cheap compared to what they usually go for... I'm still not sure if I got a bargain there. By eBay standards, definitely, by my standards, hell no.

I've got some serious gaming to catch up on :/

You folks might find it interesting to hear that I found some PC Engine Games in the wild.

    I got:

    Baseball 91 Case, Manual
    Drop Off Case, Manual
    Salamander Loose

Paid about 28 bucks, Even though the first two suck, it was totally worth it in my mind for Salamander alone. Would cost me about 30 bucks to get a loose copy here from japan alone.

Also got some mega cheap Lynx games (also a rarity in the wild...though not even close to as rare as seeing PC Engine games)

    Rampage Loose
    Zarlor Mercenary Loose

    They were 4 bucks each.

    I'm pleased.

I just meant it's graphical style seemed very similar - but yeah, I've played it now and it's gameply is nothing like it.

Just the graphics seem very similar (though I think BoF comes off looking a lot better than DS).

Wednesday was very good to me. My wife dropped by the office at lunch to drop off my long-awaited copy of Forza Motorsport ($60 CDN EB Games) and another very welcome delivery that found its way to my mailbox this morning. I like to think of that as my find of the week.

Things are really slow this week. I picked up a dvd about Mazda RX-8s though. I own a 2005 and I LOVE it.
