I know there's the whole long standing debate of whether or not this got a PAL Sega Mega CD release and chances are unless by some miracle a copy pops up that it doesnt exist.

HOWEVER

i always thought it got an NTSC Sega CD release but its not included in the rarity guide and i checked ebay and no copies are up but im POSITIVE i have seen one on ebay before NTSC wise.

Am i insane?
