Magic Slide and Free Loader Question
I heard something how you need to have your PS2 modded somehow for you to use the Magic Slide because of the fact that it doesn't have a flip top lid.
About the Free Loader, will it work automatically without getting your system modded since the GC already has a flip top lid.
I have a DCX for the DC and it works automatically so I want to make sure if the Free Loader will also work automatically. Thanks
the only "mod" you have to make is taking the ps2 faceplate off of the disk drive. the slide card goes in there.

So the Free Loader for the GC will work automatically then.
i have no idea about the freeloader GC thing.

You boot up Freeloader. It tells you to open the lid and put the Cube game in. Then it loads the Cube game. Simple
(just use a new memory card for all Freeloader games though just in case)
For some reason I thought it was just the slim PS2's that needed a slider, or is it the other way around? Guess I'm about to find out as I bought a simular disk for my PS2 which should be here in about a week.
Both require a slidetool, although the PStwo one is quite different from the PS2 device.
