Speaking of a secret that has never been found (to my knowledge):

Run Saber (SNES)

There is a Game Genie code which unlocks an extra options menu. I'm thinking there has to be a button press to unlock it. Maybe the same one as Super Valis IV (or another Atlus published game)?!
