If you could get a bigger picture of that certain cart, maybe you could cull the product number from the cartridge and look it up that way.
With a bigger pic we might be able to tell from the Japanese writing too.
Looks like some sort of anime-like "life sim", maybe, but all I can read from kanji is "dai san ...". Well, actually, the top part seems to start out "tadaima...". Don't know if that helps any though.

The game is "Musashi no Tsurugi" (六三四の剣), something like "The Sword of Musashi".
The pic should be from a pirate cart.

I believe it is Musashi no Ken - Tadaima Shugyou Chuu released by Taito in 1986. The one you have is a pirate and the one in that link is the real one.
I own it but sadly have never played it since I don't yet have a famicom -> nes adapter.
Yeah that's Musashi no Ken. On pirate Famicom multicarts, the game is alternately called "634 Sword".
