    Default Weekend Finds, 10th/11th September

Picked up PS2 Summoner at EB for $AUS20 second hand, and the following ex-rental at a Blockbuster:
GameCube Lost Kingdoms 2, complete, $AUS10
    N64 NASCAR 99 boxed/complete, $AUS5
    N64 1080 Snowboarding, boxed, $AUS5

Those crazy, wacky BBV people didn't put labels on top of the N64 cart labels either, which pleased me.

I got empty boxes for Speedy Gonzalez and Wario's Woods for the SNES for free this morning at a yard sale.

The weekend can only get better from here...
Currently catching up on PSN, WiiWare, Wii U E-Shop and Xbox Live Arcade exclusives I missed.

Went to a block's annual yard saleathon and got JACK after walking around for an hour. Meh. :\

Thankfully, the thrift's have been getting stuff in lately.

    SMB/DH with minty instructions $1
    Dino City - SNES $1
Beauty and the Beast - SNES $1

Also got a deal with a kid at work. A SNES, 2 pads, hookups, and 17 non-sports games for $20.

It some local stores today and found the following:

    SNES:
Super Mario All-Stars/Super Mario World combo cart
    Yoshi's Safari

    Genesis:
    Pat Riley Basketball
    Virtual Bart

    CD-I:
    Battleship
    Compton's Interactive Encyclopedia
    International Tennis Open
    Jeopardy
    Rand McNally's America US Atlus

This is my first CD-I wild finds. I hunted all over the store hoping to find the player itself but didn't see it.
We saved some guy's life. Killed some vicious murdering lichs and blew up something big. I'd call that a pretty good night.

    At the flea market.
Sega Genesis 3 system with hook-ups and these games all for $15.
    Castlevania Bloodlines
    Fatal Fury 2
    Shadowrun
    Pga Tour Golf 96
    Genesis 6 pak
    Taz in Escape from Mars
    Paperboy

Then I picked up a Sega CDX for $0.25. Hooked up to the television, and no power. Opened it up. Man! It smelled funky, serious rust and corrision, and nasty bug shells. Scraped the copper outta it, and trashed the rest.

Some of you people have really nice finds here..

The Two Sega CDX Systems, the $2 TG-16 and all those cheap GBA games... Way to score!

Anyway, i found a lot of Super Joy Power Player III Units in a grocery store. They either cost $9 or $18, not sure. If they are $9 I'll pick one up after i look them up.

The units that i saw are the ones with 12000 games.

Seconded. Wish I could come across something like that sometime!

Checked out a "moving out" yard sale at the back end of my neighborhood this morning. Winded up getting Doom 64 (missing label on BACK of cart), Pilotwings 64, and a super smash bros. All were cart only, 2 bucks each. But sadly the find of the day was Nick & Jessica's "Newlyweds" 1st, 2nd, and 3rd seasons dvd collection still sealed for $5, heylo eBay!

Thanks, everyone... this is probably the best deal that I've ever found (my best used to be getting 2 JAMMA borads for $3 together and selling them for $70 a month or so later).

I picked it up at a yard sale, locally, which is kinda weird, because usually, with yardsales here, there's little-to-no game stuff whatsoever.

I owned a TG16 + CD for around a year or so, but I didn't play it very much, so I sold it to fund getting a DS. I think I'm going to start TG16 collecting again

The Flea Market was Mobbed..with vendors stretching all around the sides..
I passed up so much stuff.

    What I did buy was..

    NES Action Set/Complete in a I'd say almost mint Box/like new....with both Styrofoam....$30.00..from a $40.00 haggle..
I'm looking to sell this right away..as it's going to be going right on Ebay..
I will make sure the NES is fully working etc first as I repair and sell them......If I can get $100.00 for it it's gone as it's super nice..

Bag of Atari Carts all have the labels...For $10.00
EGGOMANIA & TURMOIL within that bag.
Besides EGGOMANIA & TURMOIL the rest are for sale/going on ebay..

    Pokemon pikachu (?).$1.00

I ran into a guy who had a big pile of SNES games..non of which I owned..Two for $5.00
    I grabbed Bust A Move & Mega Man X 3

I hit up two specific places today but only one yielded anything useful...I did get a pretty rare cart for 2 bucks so I'm happy.

    Colecovision - Blockade Runner
    Colecovision - Moonsweeper
    Colecovision - Omega Race
    Colecovision - War Room

All loose. All, 1.91 each. Didn't have those so I picked em all up. Pretty nice deal on Blockade Runner.
