I can tell you that no. 2 is "Kuni-chan's Game Heaven," but for anything more I'd need a bigger, higher-quality pic so I could see the lettering better.

Is is just me, or does a Magical Taruruuto-kun game show up every single time someone needs Japanese game identification? :P
But yeah, that's what 1 and 8 are. I assume it's the same game. Likewise, 2 and 3 appear to be the same, and 5 and 9 are both Puyo Puyo games, I'm guessing (5 being Puyo Puyo 2). 6 looks like a poker game or some such?
That's about all I can identify. As for what's fun, Puyo Puyo games are generally pretty fun little puzzle games. If you've played Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, you know what to expect. Taruruuto-kun games are supposed to be half decent most of the time too, but that's purely based on what I've heard.
There's also a few Puyo Puyo dungeon crawling RPGs for the Gamegear, so number 5 and 9 may either be one of those or straight out Puyo puzzle games.
From left to right,up to bottom:
1 Magical Tarurutokun
2 Kuni Chan no Game Tengoku
3 Kuni Chan no Game Tengoku 2
4 Gambler Mahjong
5 Nazo Puyo 2
6 Ryu Kyu
7 Dodge Danpei
8 Magical Tarurutokun ( yes,again! )
9 Mado Monogatari (can't see if it is part 1,2 or 3)
Ok, thanks everyone. Now i have the titles i can try and find some reviews to see if any of these are any good
