You can get them at your local EB or GameStop, Kaine, but stores may run out of their supples. Then again, you won't know if you're getting the extra stuff through a web order until the game arrives on your doorstep.

By the way, Namco has raised their hype of Xenosaga to the point where you can join a promotional team and pimp the game whenever you can. Let's all do our part and give Xenosaga lots of advertising so that it will generate a healthy backlash among elitist windbags and bitterly obsessive RPG freaks, who will need something to absorb their ire between .hack and Final Fantasy X-2.
